Usually, there are several variants of decor to choose from, they are white or cream tablecloths with accessories in various colors and flowers as the client wishes. For flowers, various Chinese in tall bottles or daisies in ball-shaped vases are highly recommended. These meats are served on one tray per table. For this you can choose boiled or toasted potatoes or purée, as well as French fries and Silesian dumplings. Salads are served with white and red cabbage, beetroots and carrot salad with horseradish. Mushroom, cheese or roast sauces are served with the meats. After the main course, it's time for dancing and fun. The music can be played live or by dee jay. For supper around 9 p.m. dinner is served, otherwise known as the II dish, it is a typically Silesian dish, i.e. a beef roulade served with Silesian dumplings and warm red cabbage. When this dish is served, the winter plate is changed. This time it will feature ham rolls stuffed with horseradish mousse in jelly and herring on lettuce in a cream sauce. The third course is served around midnight. It is a chicken breast accompanied by baked apples in a cream sauce, served with rice. It is the perfect dish for this time of day. The crowning achievement of the night of fun is the fourth course - borscht with meat croquette. Cake, cookies and fruit are constantly served on the table. All Bielsko weddings look the same, the scheme of the event is the same everywhere, but the atmosphere depends only on the place where the Bride and Groom decide to host the party. Food is also important, it must be tasty and suitable for all guests, so there are several more menus to choose from. The second manu differs from the first in that the types of meat served in the main course are slightly different, they are de volaille poultry cutlet, breaded pork chop, delicate roast beef. Dish number two is a roasted whole pork ham, which is sliced ​​in front of guests and served with browned cabbage and potatoes. The third course is a pork and beef stew with fresh country bread. This menu is more expensive than the first. The even more expensive menu is number three, where, in addition to the main course, there is an appetizer in the form of veal slices with tuna sauce. The main course consists of rolls of three different types, traditional Silesian, breaded poultry stuffed with cheese, and a pork tenderloin roll with California prunes and marinated mushrooms. The side dishes are the same as in the previous menus. Dish number two is pork tenderloin stuffed with cheese in a honey-garlic sauce. The third course is aromatic veal paprika served in bread. Menu number four offers top-class food, the main course includes duck leg with capers in orange sauce. We also have venison to choose from, i.e. deer rolls stuffed with porcini mushrooms in wine sauce. Traditionalists will also find something, i.e. a rolled pork loin with spinach in a cheese sauce. And after the main course, a dessert is served in the form of delicious vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries. This menu is the most expensive due to the higher cost of meat and ice cream. At the client's request, the menu can be adjusted to suit their needs, for example, due to the fact that someone is ill or a vegetarian, it is possible to replace or order special dishes. This involves additional costs. The Bielsko wedding usually ends around three or four in the morning, if the guests are having fun, it lasts longer. The inn is in a beautiful setting, not far from the center, so you can always go somewhere to take pictures of your wedding. It will not take too much time and you can quickly come back to your wedding guests. You can also take wedding photos in the room, there is a piano and a fireplace, which create a romantic atmosphere. In winter, you can always organize a sleigh ride, thanks to which the photos come out exceptionally beautiful. It is up to them to decide what scenery the newlyweds will want to take pictures in.
